COVID-19 Financial Relief

At Canso Ford and Ford Canada, we recognize your vehicle is your lifeline. As the Covid-19 pandemic creates financial uncertainly for many in our community, those with loans and leases are able to defer their payments–without penalty in many cases–due to temporary financial hardship.

For information regarding payment deferrals for new purchases, please visit our Built To Lend A Hand page.

Below is a list of our finance partners, their contact information, and a short description of how they’re currently helping their clients in this unprecedented time.

Ford Credit, Ford’s captive financing arm, will allow current finance and lease clients to defer payments for up to two months when arranged through its online portal or up to three months when arranged over the phone. If you are arranging a payment deferral through Ford Credit’s online portal, have your account number ready. If you do not have your account number, you can call us at (902) 625-1338 or (888) 625-1338 and we can provide it.
